Jennifer Tilly is a Los Angeles native born under very poor conditions on September 16th the year 1958. Her mother, a failed schoolteacher and actor, made a living selling cars while her dad was an automobile salesman. Jennifer was the second child in her family and she frequently took her mother who worked as a teacher at school, to theater performances. Jennifer found her performance impressive. Jennifer's parents divorced at the age of five. Jennifer spent the bulk of her childhood living in British Columbia, after her mother relocated there with their four children. Jennifer was not able to get a good education, despite being an extremely artistic kid. In Canada, she was the target of bullies frequently. Her interest began to wane at the theatre during her time in high school. Her mother urged her to participate in additional roles in different plays. All of her children were encouraged by their mom to follow their passion of art. Her immediate response was to take actions.
